Sometimes I wonder whether I have BPD symptoms. I'm an all or nothing kind of person with intense reactions to small problems. I tend to have unstable romantic relationships. I have a fear of abandonment and ending up alone. I'm irritable much of the time and have self-injured a few times in the past when upset. I'm not impulsive because my anxiety seems to keep me from doing a lot of things my intrusive thoughts tell me to do. My self-image has always been consistently negative. I'm never bored and only really feel empty when depressed. I have dissociated before but only when undergoing a severe mixed episode. So I'm not sure.
