How would you call borderline personality disorder (if you say emotional dysregulation disorder I'm gonna emotionally dysregulate!

)?
I'd like to see one "psychotic spectrum disorder" with modifiers, like "mostly affective, borderline psychotic spectrum disorder", "mostly non-affective psychotic spectrum disorder" or "affective psychotic spectrum disorder" and one "affective disorder" with modifiers, like "bipolar affective disorder" or "unipolar affective disorder".
But bipolar and borderline are fine. It's just that one name might reduce stigma for those most stigmatised.
