Yes, I had the electrical kind of zaps and I also had a "head noise" as I called it--it sounded as if I was hearing my own blood circulating in my head, a whooshing, flowing or running water kind of sound.

I have always had brain zaps, even as a kid. But during and after the SSRI withdrawals it was markedly worse and included the 'head noise". The zaps and noise would wake me from a sound sleep and made my escalating anxiety even worse.
