But I advise you not to do the down and back trips. As you I was reading more into your post, I began thinking about how you are being the "dumping" ground for the family, and how you "dutifully" take your position. Yes, you are a caring person. But if you quit taking care of everyone else before you consider yourself, that will not make you a non-caring person! You will still be a caring person.
