that's what it's called!! I always forget (probably because I hate it so much). I used to get teased so much for it when I was younger. Even as a young adult when I worked at camp, the kids and even other staffers would always be like "Who are you looking at?" when I would look at them while talking. At least no one says anything about it anymore as I've gotten older. Adult-adults are kinder I think...
