it is too much to handle
It's incredible hard when a loved one is hurting themselves. Talking to her if she reaches out is about all you can do to help. I have 5 brothers and sisters and 3 of them are constantly in turmoil. Alcoholism, homeless, in mental hospitals jails, missing for weeks at a time. If you believe in prayer, then pray for her.
