Sad to hear you have to wait, and I do hope you get one soon...
...and when you do, try to remember that your wait is almost certainly not your driver's fault. I used to drive a cab and I also did some dispatching, and there were times when we were backed up for hours with no relief in sight as long as the phone continued to ring. While I was in dispatch training, I once asked a senior dispatcher what to do in a case like that and he said to just keep sending the next available car to the person at the top of the list until you get to the end of your shift...and then we will do our best to get you home!
