My anxiety has been off the charts lately and it's unbearable especially with the holidays. I'm a wreck. I'm snapping on everyone and extremely irritated. Well my T wants me to try breathing exercises and meditation. I prefer guided meditation but also like sounds like rain, waves, etc. But I don't have much experience in breathing techniques and I don't even know where to find guided meditation stuff anymore.
So does anyone have any tips on resources I can use like apps, YouTube or podcasts? Any tips on where/how to do this would help.
