I was only on Topomax for a week and I forgot most of my passwords, couldn't spell basic words, became very clumsy and unable to write long sentences. No weight gain, in fact I lost my appetite. It didn't even helpmeet with my symptoms (mania, emotional lability, SI) so I begged to go off it. Why do you want to go on it?
