Well I found out that she's leaving so I'm getting a new pdoc my next visit. But after research I think I may just stay on my lithium orotate supplements and see how that goes. I just got those in the mail on Sunday so not really long enough to tell. Regular RX lithium stabilized me well but I couldn't deal with needing a restroom wherever I went and I ended up with toxicity and thyroid damage anyway. I've tried many others in the past as well with either short term success or none at all.

Keep us updated on how the orate goes. I use Lithium Carbonate and it is a godsend but has messed with my thyroid a bit so I have to take thyroid meds on top. No other issues with it though. Would love to move to orate if possible and give my thyroid a break. Have been told it is very weak compared to carbonate so wouldn't have the stabilisation effect I need.
