I researched a ton on orotate before taking it and I couldn't find anything on BP dose other than you have to take around double the dose than a mentally healthy person would. So I'm winging it here but so far it seems like my severe agitation has gotten better. I take it twice a day, four tabs total. I figure it's the next best thing if I can't take the RX.
