it may be with some , i take it with olanzapine an anti-psychotic med , now that will help anxiety, but its the med that makes you fat, worse than MIRTAZAPINE an i take both. I am not fat yet but then again i dont eat much, i was put on anti psychotic med because no AD will touch my anxiety , i dont no any that do really , there for depression , of course if you depression lifts so will anxiety , only BENZO,S give relief after 20 minutes
