It sucks when our anxiety gets out of control but sometimes we are just powerless in regards to making it stop and have to let them "run their course in there own sweet time" though I do try to take even breaths. Think about breathing in and out, slowly, gently, evenly. Having a very even cadence to your breaths and not breathing to shallowly, deeply, or quickly is helpful....
