I took my therapy dog to the vet (under emergency circumstances) with some confidence that I will still be able to make rent. I think that's all I accomplished today.

Oh - I also ate once and managed to pick up my non-psych meds (the other ones that keep me alive) even though the store was HORRIBLE. But since I had my dog with me I was OK.
