Hey, I know you feel bad now but do you think that maybe trying to do something to get your mind off of things would help you. I know that therapy can be hard, but if you stick with it and keep going no matter how much you feel like a failure or that it's not working, it will work. You have to stay with it for a while to see it working. I hope you get feeling better soon! Hang in there!
