Get a hold of your Pdoc .

SJS usually appears in mucus membranes first... Mouth and/ or genitals etc .

Since you have been getting this reaction for a couple months is actually reassuring,

Could be your allergic to the fillers that are always a part of a medication.

A friend of mine can not take generic versions of a couple psych meds due to filler reactions.

Of course it's a holiday weekend so talking to your Pdoc probably won't be soon .

I'm not a doctor , but I would probably skip every other dose on your off days see if you have the same problem if this isn't happening. Half life of Lamictal is pretty long so doubtful you will have problems skipping every other does.

Have you not seen your Pdoc since then?

SJS can do show up on anyone , tons of meds have the SJS , I was on Triliptal and I got the early warning sign , bleeding gums so I stop immediately.

There really is no medication for SJS at worse your on an IV just to keep enough fluids in your system and just wait it out.
