I think maybe the important thing then is that you have done a lot of work and thinking and you know the point where something happens but not all the details. T can help you get there.

It's interesting how the situation with the co-worker seems to have been duplicated in the situation with T not 'getting' you. (and in the posts too?) Do you see a commonality there in how you're feeling about each situation?
