This may sound strange but is it possible for someone to self injure themselves without them actually knowing they are doing it as in their minds are somewhere else?Does that make sense?Sorry I'm not good at explaining things...I'm still just trying to figure out what's wrong with me.I never self injured before well at least I don't think I ever did i really don't know anymore....sorry I'm just thinking about the past at the moment...sorry if any of this upsets anyone in any way.
