Thank you. I am an excellent tenant. My rent is always on time and I take good care of this place. Her daughter is a flake and will probably wreck this house. I mean, I understand if her daughter moves in, that was the original plan and then I wanted to just stay here till my lease expires. My sister said I should just look for another place while I am living with them rather than waiting for my 30 day notice.
