my opinion is that maybe something more is going on here besides PTSD...

you see PTSD is a mental disorder where someone has gone through either abuse or a life situation or a natural disaster or in their job where they witnessed some sort of abuse or trauma.

the after affects (post) of this Trauma and stress causes a person to have anxiety, depression, flashbacks, nightmares, constant thoughts about the trauma, reactivity (startle reflex for example) memory problems, no longer interested in pleasurable activities (including but not limited to sex and other physical activities)..

my point here in america PTSD does not come with hearing voices. here in America hearing voices is called hallucinations. Hallucinations and delusions are called a psychotic symptom here. A person here in america can be dual diagnosed (have more than one mental disorder at one time)

the great thing about having hallucinations is that it is treatable. many anti psychotic medications and anti depressant medications cure/ stop the voices.

my suggestion is contact your treatment provider. they will be able to diagnose whether these voices are flashbacks (reliving the same trauma over and over again, if these voices are flashbacks they repeat the same statement over and over again never changing) or if they are psychotic (hallucinations) and get you treated so that they will stop and you will soon be feeling better.
