I've been on probably 40 meds/med combos in the last 10 years.
Currently, I take:
Wellbutrin 300mg
Effexor 300mg
Buspar 7.5 twice a day
And, for sleep:
Ambien 10mg
Trazodone 200mg
Seroquel 200mg
Neurontin 300mg

Plus vitamin d and also verapamil for migraine prevention.
