Isn't this something you can talk to your sister--the CEO-- about? Presumably she has your ear and would be willing to listen if you provided constructive criticism about the problem person in the office. I would think she wants work "harmony" and not have her own sister threaten to leave the job because of your toxic colleague. Maybe I'm missing something here?
