Thanks for all the replys! To answer a few questions, I have talked to my sister about it but she is so fed up with everyone in that department, that she calls them right out. For example, the most recent drama was about something so little, as cleaning the fridge. All department rotate monthly to clean them(we have two) . It was our "departments" turn to do them. We said we would do them at 2. So my colleague and I partially clean one fridge, as it would leave enough left for everyone to have an even amount to clean. We come back into the department floor and I state 2 or 3 times what was left to do, without one person acknowledging me. I know they heard me as the girl who is the main issue goes "oh I hope you didn't throw away my one thing, I didn't put my name on it." and runs out to check. A few mins later another girl states, "I'll think about helping." we weren't busy, they just didn't want to do, and I constantly get ignored when I try to tell the group things, so I was fed up. My sister had asked me if they were all helping with the fridges(I don't know why but this is seriously a huge thing to clean the fridge lol) and I told her what happened. Her being upset, she sends an email saying for them to help and then it all blew up! I was accused of telling on them, ect. I told them she asked and I told her. That drama went on all afternoon.
So my colleague went to talk to our manager about this incident because she is fed up as well. She basically told him that he needs to move us or she is done. He made it seem like we shouldn't have said anything at all, and it got way blown up, which it did. So this is where I'm feeling like I am wrong for talking to anyone about it. No one is one the same page about this. I am now questioning myself if all this drama is my fault for reaching out?
I think they know this is costing them money, and time, but they keep trying different things to fix it. Nothing worth though as Ultimately the people are wrong, and are beyond repair for this job.
