Major obsessive thoughts and nonsensical worrying. Is this hypo? It is making me severely depressed.

Is it just OCD? What's meds are there that can help the racing thoughts that won't stop?

I'm taking Lamictal 350mg, Wellbutrin 400mg and 10mg Lexapro. Would Seroquel help? I've been on every SSRi out there.
