I use to have racing thoughts and bad ocd prior to taking risperidone. They completely vanished at 3 and 2 mg, but since i have lowered it to 1 mg, they seem to be coming back a bit. I have been worrying about the dumbest things, and obsessing over them. Not like i did prior to risperidone, but they are back to a minor degree.
Seroquel or another neuroleptic should help with obsessive thoughts and ocd.
