Yeah, like @@, I haven't heard of a therapist saying no to reading a journal or anything like that.

For tonight, I am eating a cookie and drinking wine. Emailed therapist (before the wine). Don't expect a reply, since she's away, but she said to email as much as I want. No one has to tell me that twice.
