Jannie, I think she was trying to tell you that when you call be specific with respect to what you need from her. This is goo news! She is giving you permission and telling you what she needs from you in order to call you back.

I've been on cancellation lists in the past, not lately but I know it can be difficult. Can you schedule ahead? I try and do that to avoid the "list"...
