My therapist asked me what are my "New Year's resolutions". He specifically wanted to know what I had "planned" for my mental health. What was I going to do better? What was I going to stop doing?

Now to be honest, I'm not that kinda "New Years resolution" person. I don't do those, BUT I like the concept of changing myself for the better. (I believe that if you want to change yourself, you should just do it instead of waiting for the New Year... but hey, everyone is different.)

Do you have any resolutions for your MI? For example, "stop self medicating", "stay in therapy", or "take medication consistently" etc.. Or another way to look at it, what about your MI treatment do you want to change?
