I've discovered that if I vary my sleep even slightly (less than 8 hours or more than 10 hours) my auditory hallucinations start. Fortunately they are a kind of background chatter that doesn't interfere too much with my life... just annoying.
Anyone else find there is a correlation between their hallucinations and sleep?
