Yes Florence so wanted to sing but was horrible at it. She was rich so she rented out Carnegie Hall and made a recording. The thing is, she's just shy of in tune. It's almost as if she sang that way on purpose! And Ms. Streep did sing too well. Lol. They even recorded her at the end of the movie singing for real and it was quite nice! Even when she was trying to sing badly it wasn't quite bad enough. Look up The Queen of the Night and Florence Foster Jenkins on YouTube. That's the most famous one.
