I'm going to try to take better care of my physical health. My mental health has been well controlled for almost a year but I always neglect myself physically. It took me ten months to go to the doctor for pain in my stomach that turned out to be an ulcer. My first goal is to make an endocrinologist appointment. My pdoc has been pushing me to because my prolactin is extremey high and I've been avoiding it. But my therapist finally convinced me to go so I'm going to call this week and make an appointment.
