Nah. Dreams are just like that. Unreality. Things not what/where/how they should be. Things that make no sense suddenly appearing...

But. If you are talking about seeing things of the sort that occur on the cusps between sleep and wake, then yes.
--If they are on the verge of falling asleep, they are called hypnogogic hallucinations.
--If they are between sleep and waking they are called hypnopompic hallucinations.
They're not "proper" hallucinations though. "Normals" get them too.

They can feel über-real. I'm most prone to the hypnopompic ones -- so real that I reach out for things with my eyes open. One I even got out of bed and started walking towards. They appeared VERY real. Had a big run of them. Freaked me out. Thought I was "going crazy".

It was a big relief to find out they were normal and nothing to worry about.

(I've had proper hallucinations too. Alas, no such reassurance for those...)
