Last year I went from Mediterranean to Paleo to Vegan whole foods eating.

If you have Netflix, this documentary inspired me: https://www.netflix.com/search?q=for...45&jbp=0&jbr=0

This shows a lot of research to back up this lifestyle. I don't want to live forever, but want to feel good while I'm alive. I'm doing it for mental health and auto-immune.

I'm sticking with the Vegan for good. Dairy was the most difficult thing to eliminate as greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, and butter were part of my comfort foods. Surprising to me that eliminating dairy is more difficult than eliminating white sugar. The only real thing that can be harmful to overindulge on with this diet is whole grain sourdough breads.

I'll still eat either dairy or meat/fish once a week, no big deal.
Thanks for this!
