my holidays are the same every year- i'm always alone and I always end up feeling depressed and guilty
so with that in mind I think the holidays lived up to their expectations (I mean it was the same this year as any other year), you get my drift.. I didn't expect anything diffrent

I am also so glad holidays are over, although it will take remainder of week to shake the feeling entirely. I am not alone but I still get depressed and this year was not an exception. I try to hide it as much as I can because of the people around me but that just makes it harder I think. So glad you are feeling better now.
