It is natural to feel this way when depressed. I know the feeling of being tired of telling others when I'm feeling depressed, but we can't help it when we feel this way, so please don't be hard on yourself or pressure yourself to all of the sudden feel different....that only makes things worse, and it is a process.
I know it's easier said than done though, but be gentle with yourself.
I hope you find relief soon. Some days are better than others. I saw your other post about how you feel bad that you 'post only when you aren't feeling well,' or something to that effect, but it's okay! Post whenever you feel like it....even when it's just to vent. We're here for you, either way.
