lamictal takes forever to titrate up to a beneficial dose. It took me about 6 or 7 weeks before I started feeling better. I think the wait was worth it--it has really helped me. If you have only been taking it for 3 weeks, you are probably not up to a therapeutic dose yet. Your pdoc should have explained that to you...Have you been slowly increasing the dose?
