I agree with Missy2...The kid is disrespectful for even having his phone in the meeting... or is this job a place where professionalism is not important? Since this is a new job for You, you need to protect how you present yourself, keep a LOT of distance between yourself and the kid...he started trouble by taking your picture in the work place! He should be reprimanded for his actions !!
