Unfortunately, the article didn't say anything about how to get down into those deeper levels of sleep.

Yes it would definitely be helpful to know how to get into the deeper sleep - I appreciate your sharing this thanks Skeez and I'm sorry you battle with this too. A & D is very wearing, mine is much improved but the fatigue is left.
