It's recently come to my attention that when people talk to me (and also when they don't), I generally have a very blank expression and am seemingly bored or irritated by them or the conversation, even when on my end I could be intrigued. I wouldn't have thought much of it if it were just one person saying that but my sibling, partner and both parents have confirmed that I generally do have a blank expression. According to them, it often only changes when I am with my partner or talking about something I really enjoy. One interesting thing is that one of my parents said it started being very noticeable around 2 years ago, however I remember people often asking me if I was alright even before then so it must've actually been longer than that. Apparently this "runs in the family" as well. After a quick google, it seems that most of the time this is caused by problems with muscles, depression, schizophrenia or ASD.
Either way, I'd like to hear your opinions on my situation and on people who show little emotion on their face in general, and possibly also other things that might cause this.
