Kiya - best wishes with your surgery; i hear that one can help the body to tolerate these invasive procedures by sending images to the affected body parts and showing them how to accept the trauma and heal afterwards... it's just a thought~ 
Cake - sending you energy for your echo~ (i kind of thought mine was fun)... 
Jan - whats wrong with little Belle ??? oh let her be well~! 
Liz - it's good to celebrate accomplishments, and to be kind to the body we live in ~
