as much as I hate the holidays, I can see your point
it's actually sort of ironic.. I complain that the holidays are depressing, lonely, hard, etc etc, take them away (tv returning to their normal skedule, people going about their daily lives as they did before, etc), you think.... well isn't that depressing. why can't it still be the holidays?
or perhaps it's more.. well, the holidays are a chance for you to reflect on things and change things, but you get to the end and everything is still as it was before they started
