I'm sorry you're feeling that way. If I remember from previous posts, your last work situation was pretty traumatic, wasn't it? That can definitely be affecting your self esteem/confidence.

In November I started a new job, after being unemployed for about 7 months. I quit my previous job because of a lot of abuse, psychological manipulation, overwork and unfulfilled promises. That whole awful situation definitely weighed on my mind when I was interviewing for other jobs, and I've had some doubts about my performance at the new job. I work from home, and the first few times I got en email from my new project manager I would freeze up thinking, "what did I do wrong?", being so accustomed to constant criticism by my previous boss.

Try to prepare yourself well for the interview, think of what questions they might ask and how you will answer them. Can someone help you practice? Try to focus on the skills you have that could be transferrable to this position with specific examples. Do you do anything for relaxation - yoga, meditation, etc.? If so maybe try that a few hours before you go the interview. It could help with the nerves.

Try not to be so hard on yourself! Hugs.
