Hi sophiesmom
I'm sorry things are so hard for you right now, but you really shouldn't feel humiliated by the way you're feeling with others, it's real understandable

And sometimes everything can feel like a massive struggle, and it can be hard enough coping with the little things without having stuff piled onto that to........it can be natural to feel overwhelmed.........to feel the weight of everything on you.........to feel weak..........to feel you just want everything/everyone to go away. So don't beat yourself up about that, hey?

But you know.......just do what
you feel you need to do, not what you feel you "should" be doing, or what others think you should be doing.........if you want to venture out less do that (and when you're ready.........give yourself massive praise for doing that!!), if you feel you need time out make sure you allow yourself that (and if you're out you could always shoot into a restroom for a time/a breather), if you feel you need to make an excuse to distance yourself from some people do that..........all of that
and more is fine, you're already going through a lot

And yes, you're right.......depression can bring along lots of limitations......it can be tough.......so maybe give yourself a little
more acknowledgement for the things you actually
are doing..........because sometimes those "easy" things are
far from easy, right?? And you deserve a whole
lot more credit for accomplishing them!!
So at your own pace, hey??

You're already letting the depression know that it's not getting the better of you in managing to do what you're doing!!
