that said I do have some blanket statements that I do repeat, this is on purpose and for clarity of my posts due to this website does get new members constantly on a daily basis. I have found with out including my clarifying my post statements like "in my location" and something to the affect of " if this continues to bother you contact your own treatment providers" the new members can get unintentionally triggered by my posts. I know for all of us "regular" or long time members it may get a bit boring or redundant seeing these repetitions in my posts but over all they still serve the purpose of clarifying and helping new members to understand my posts with out being triggered.
this is why I dont usually get upset when I see repeat postings by others. if their posts do start irritating me I place that poster on ignore until I am able to not be triggered by that persons posts.
suggestion... maybe you can go into your profile and read your posts that way if it bothers you to post things you have posted before you will be able to see what you have posted before and then word things differently or not post that issue again based on what you feel is best for you.

Thanks....it sounds like a lot of work. I'd rather repeat ourselves at the risk of feeling repetitive, even to ourselves.
