Does this sound familiar to anyone--I'm getting interviews and am invited back for second interviews and then all of a sudden there is silence followed by ultimate rejection. This is so frustrating and looking for a job takes so much time and energy. Plus each rejection sends me into a tailspin with me self-doubts and having negativity about my job abilities and competence.

Feeling a bit sorry for myself this afternoon.
