I've been on increasing doses of it for a few years now. I am currently on 250, which turns out is only available in an extended release form. It works really well for me in terms of letting my brain focus on coping skills. I agree with BlueBicycle that I still need an AD and AP with it, otherwise I am either manic or weepy.
