I have a great deal of catstrophic thinking - I suffer a lot in public. Things have gotten easier though. CBT work taught me a great deal and provided many coping skills. Although it's now been a year since the therapy I still do the homework when I can. I especially work on de-catastrophizing my defeatest thinking. There are numerous worksheets for this on the web.
