I understand the thoughts... I'm fighting them tonight myself.... but the battle is worth fighting, if only to prevent the enemy from winning. If you were as worthless as you feel, would so many people (myself included) seek your knowledge, wisdom and compassion?
The battle sucks and the enemy is devious and knows our weakness well. it is so hard to fight the lies that we have been told and told ourselves for so long.
I have no great words of wisdom, my friend. only a virtual hug and hopefully, the knowledge that you are not fighting alone.
