I've always felt that you are very valuable on here; at least I enjoy reading your posts and you had said some nice things to me when I felt low.

There are times when I feel worthless myself. I've had people say that I'm a great guy and I just can't believe them! Some people, like me, have negative self images. And it can be surprising from those who like you that they can't believe you would feel that way. I read in a book that a writer said that he had been amazed at very talented people who have such a poor image of themselves.
