Today is my last appointment with my Pdoc. She's leaving the clinic and will no longer be seeing clients. She'll be working at the county as a director?

I'm sad. I haven't been crying though. T thinks that's a good sign. I hope so. I hope I'm not in denial or something. But T said even if I am, we can process it.

I hope today goes well. I hope I don't cry. A few tears is okay I guess. I hope it's a happy time. It's only 15mins, so it will go by quickly.
